Fish Tale Organic Amber Ale

“First Ale of the Republic”

Created in keeping with the Cascadian commitment to the protection of natural water resources, this ale is brewed with malted barley and hops grown and processed under conditions certified organic by the Washington State Department of Agriculture and the USDA.

Certified Organic Amber Ale is a medium-bodied beer with an appealing deep amber hue. The organic pale, Munich, and crystal malts create a gentle sweet character that is difficult to resist. From organic Hallertauer hops come a zesty flavor and aroma that beautifully balance Organic Amber’s malt character.

All of these choice ingredients were grown without the use of the harmful fertilizers and pesticides that damage our precious streams and ground water. The result is a truly delicious ale which is consistent with Fish Brewing’s desire to promote organic agriculture with all its benefits for salmon habitat and the environment in whole.

This ale is available year round in 1/2 & 1/6 bbl Sankey kegs, & cases of 4/6-12oz bottles.
