By pressing the 'SUBMIT' button, I CONFIRM that I have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, and agree to abide by them for the purposes of this submission. I consent to my photograph, name, city and state appearing on the website LeavenworthBiers.com, as well as other promotional materials such as (but not limited to) posters, packaging, and advertisements for Leavenworth Biers and/or Fish Brewing Company. This consent extends to any haiku, quip, anecdote, etc., I submitted under Additional Info. I understand that no payment, reward, or other remuneration for such use will be made.
I acknowledge that I am the sole owner of the submitted photograph and that I have the exclusive authority to grant the use of the photograph and said Additional Info to Leavenworth Biers and Fish Brewing Company. I grant to Leavenworth Biers and Fish Brewing Company full license to crop, edit, or otherwise adjust my picture and/or Additional Info as deemed appropriate by Leavenworth Biers and Fish Brewing Company.
I confirm that no third party either holds or claims any right whatsoever to my submission, or is entitled to any payment, reward or other remuneration for its use. I confirm that any persons who may appear in my submission, and/or any other third party associated with my submission, have consented both to this submission and this agreement.
By my submission I waive to Fish Brewing Company and its successors, assigns and licensees, all rights and objections to any use my photograph and Additional Info for purposes deemed appropriate by Leavenworth Biers or Fish Brewing Company. I understand that Leavenworth Biers and Fish Brewing Company accept my consent to these terms and will proceed with full faith in it.
Save to credit you for your submission [e.g., Jane Doe, Pocatello, ID], Leavenworth Biers and Fish Brewing Company [hereafter “We”] will not knowing give, share, sell, loan, rent, release and/or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third party. Period.
We request your email address only so we might either contact you in the event of a question on your submission, or to inform you of Leavenworth Biers news and/or other affairs of Fish Brewing Company. In each and any event that We partner with a third party wishing to communicate to you, We will first send notice to you that a) indentifies our third-party partner and the nature of their communication, and b) requests your permission for Leavenworth Biers to send said third-party communication to you.
In all cases, We are committed to respect for your confidentiality.
